How to Place an Order

As the internet becomes common place across the world, many of our customers place their orders with us by email or by telephone.

If while looking through the M.W. Tractors website, you have seen a truck or truck spare part you are interested in, please contact us.

At which time, please try to clearly state which trucks or truck spare parts you are interested in by using an M.W. Tractors Reference Number.

If you require us to arrange shipment for your goods, it will greatly help us if you can name the port of which your goods are to be exported.

When a purchase price has been agreed, we do not require our customers to ship their goods with us if they wish to do so elsewhere.

Once an order has been confirmed, a pro forma invoice can be issued via email if required, along with any additional shipping or transportation costs discussed at the time of purchase.
